Vastu shastra (vāstu śāstra) is a traditional Indian system of architecture originating in India which literally translates to "science of architecture.These are texts found on the Indian subcontinent that describe principles of design, layout, measurements, ground preparation, space arrangement, and spatial geometry.^[ Vastu Shastras incorporate traditional Hindu and in some cases Buddhist beliefs. 

It's important for us to know right consideration of each aspect of life from better Vastu .

Vastu for better sleep.

Does sleep bother u?

Sound, comfortable and timely sleep, apart from food, water and shelter, is one of the most essential thing which we all need daily.

On an average, a human spends one-third of his life sleeping.

So it's important for u to know Vastu for better sleep.

When it comes to sleeping direction, it’s believed that space (“panch bhutas”) directly interacts with the wind, sun, and other elements to affect our well-being.

The recommended sleeping direction per vastu shastra is that you lie down with your head pointed southward.

A north-to-west body position is considered the worst direction. This is because the human head is considered to have a polar-like attraction, and it needs to face southward to attract opposite poles while you sleep.

Thus u should always point ur head towards south or alternatively east.But shouldn't place your head towards north .

Vastu for wealth.

Vastu suggests that placing clocks in the north or northeast direction will bring wealth and prosperity. Birds symbolise harmony, wealth and joy. To attract wealth and positive energy, keep a bird feeder in your yard or balcony and fill it with water and grains.

As per Vastu Shastra, one of the best ways to ensure financial stability is to grow your wealth in the earth corner of the home —the south-west. All your jewellery, money and important financial documents must be kept in the south-west (store such things in a cupboard or safe), facing north or north-east.

Vastu for study

• The study room should be placed either in the Northeast / East or West side of the house.
• Students must face East/North while studying.
• A beam should never run above your head while studying.
• The study room should be well lit and one should not face a blank wall or a window while studying.

• The study room should have images of Lord Ganesha and Goddess Saraswati.


• The study table should not stick to the wall .It should be at least 3-4 inches away from it.
• If the learner makes use of the Table lamp then the lamp should be kept in the Southeast corner of the desk.

Vastu for career.

. A student or working person should adhere to Vastu principles so as to get successful in life without obstruction.

1) The most common work habit is of sitting with cross legs, which is actually wrong in compliance with Vastu as it may hamper your growth and progress in your career.

2) To ensure a steady and healthy rise in career, always sit on high back chairs in your office.

3) Keep your office desk in regular shape as in a square or rectangle, try and avoid circular or any other irregular shape table or desk.

Sitting right below a light beam can cause tension. This also results in lack of concentration at work.

For outstanding growth in career, avoid having meals on the workstation.

Avoid noisy offices, plastic furniture, negative pictures like those of war or violence around you at the workplace. It stagnates the career.

Never sit at a congested workstation.

Avoid sitting cross-legged in the office, for an exemplary career growth.

Vastu for bedroom.

Bedroom is a place where we spent our time giving our body a proper rest .so it's very important for us to follow good Vastu for our bedroom too,since it has great impact in ur life.

So let's discuss about Vastu for bedroom.

1. Bed alignment to any corners is unsuitable.
2. Vastu says that the master bedroom should only be used by married couples.
3. West or North side is suitable for attached bathroom, changing room or bath tub etc.
4. The bathroom should not face the bed directly and the door of the bathroom must always be kept closed.
5. East, North or West walls are best spot for entrance door of master bedroom. Avoid entrance on South wall.
6. Make sure the door of the bedroom is of single shutter and always opens completely without any noise.
7. East or North walls are good for windows in the bedroom.

1. Vastu for love.

Love is the food of life and undoubtedly Vastu can enrich life with lots of love making the relationships strong. To induce unlimited love, it is important to consider Vastu principles in sphere of life including home, bedroom and certain spiritual forms. 

• The foot of the bed should not directly face the door. Never place your bed between two doors.
• The door of the attached restroom must be kept shut and restroom seat cover should be kept down, when not in use.
• Paint your walls light green, light rose or blue color, to give your bedroom a soothing effect. Avoid red color in the bedroom. Hang pictures depicting ocean in your room.
